What is Threadko’s return policy for preloved clothing?
Threadko offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible orders. Once your return is approved, refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Because we sell preloved women’s clothing, items must be returned in the same condition as delivered. If you need help, contact Threadko Support or email support@threadko.in.
How long does Threadko shipping take in India?
We ship across India. Most Threadko orders are delivered in 3–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery timelines can vary based on your pin code, courier routing, and remote serviceability.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.
What payment methods does Threadko accept? (UPI, cards, wallets)
Threadko accepts UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets (e.g., Paytm, PhonePe) via our secure payment partner Razorpay. Payments are encrypted and protected.
If a payment fails, try again after a few minutes or choose another method. For support, email support@threadko.in.
Where does Threadko deliver? (Pan-India shipping)
Threadko currently delivers across India. A small number of remote pin codes may have limited courier availability, which can affect delivery speed or serviceability.

How can I track my Threadko order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an order tracking link via email and SMS. You can use that link anytime to see real-time shipping updates.

What if my Threadko order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of (1) the item, (2) tags/labels if applicable, and (3) the outer packaging.

How do I start selling clothes on Threadko?
To sell on Threadko, apply via our seller registration form. You’ll need a valid phone number plus bank/UPI details for payouts. We usually review applications within 24–48 hours.
Threadko currently supports preloved women’s clothing (India).
What fees does Threadko charge sellers?
Before Sale:
- ₹75 per item for full-service prep: curation, quality check, and dry cleaning.
- No charge for items that don’t pass quality check.
After Sale:
- Resale fee: 40–70% of the final selling price (depends on quality, brand, resale value, and uniqueness).
- You receive the remaining 30–60% via UPI or bank transfer within 3 business days, if the item isn’t returned.
Example:
- If your item sells for ₹2,000 and a 40% resale fee applies, you (the seller) receive ₹1,200 (60%).
- If a 70% resale fee applies, you (the seller) receive ₹600 (30%).
Higher-quality, well-branded, and in-demand items typically earn higher payouts.

What can I sell on Threadko? (Brands, condition & authenticity)
You can sell pre-owned women’s clothing on Threadko. Items must be clean, accurately described, and meet our quality checks. Counterfeit products are strictly prohibited and will not be listed.
If you’re unsure whether an item is eligible, apply to sell and share details via the seller form.
How should I price my preloved items on Threadko?
For best results, price based on the brand, condition, original MRP (if known), and how similar items are priced on Threadko. Unique pieces, limited editions, and like-new condition can price higher.
We want your item to sell quickly while still being a great deal for buyers.
When do sellers get paid on Threadko?
Seller payouts are processed to your bank account or UPI within 3 business days after the buyer confirms delivery. If there’s a dispute or return, payment is held until the issue is resolved.
