What is your return policy?
We have a 3-day return policy. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets like Paytm and PhonePe through our secure payment partner Razorpay. All transactions are protected.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently ship across India. Delivery availability may vary for a few remote pin codes.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking link shared with you via email and SMS once your order is shipped.

What if I receive a damaged item?
In the rare event your item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and outer packaging. Our team will review and support you with the next steps.

For Sellers
How do I start selling my clothes on Threadko?
Apply through our seller registration form. You'll need a valid phone number, and bank/UPI details for payments. We review applications within 24-48 hours.
What fees does Threadko charge?
We charge a flat 25% platform fee on the resale price if any item is sold and the seller receives 75% via UPI within 3 business days of item sale as long as the item is not returned.
What items can I sell?
You can sell pre-owned women's clothing, for now. Items must be clean, accurately described, and photographed. Counterfeit items are strictly prohibited and will not be listed to sell.
How should I price my items?
Research similar items on the platform to price competitively. Consider the brand, condition, and rarity.
How do I get paid?
Payments are processed to your bank account or UPI within 3 business days after the buyer confirms delivery. For disputes, payment is held until resolution.
